All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that this processing time does not include the final delivery transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on your location and the service selected from our shipping partners. You will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey. While final delivery is handled by our couriers, we are committed to a 100% reliability rate in dispatching your order accurately and as fast as possible from our facility.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
